Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship outside United Arab Emirates. Please drop in an email if your country is not listed at checkout.
Do you ship within UAE? If yes, then what are the charges?
Yes, the shipping charges are AED.20 for all standard shipping (3 to 7 days). We ship locally to the following major cities:
Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah & Umm Al Quwain
Shipping charges to the Western Region is as follows (please note shipping to the Western Region or remote areas is only done once a week on a working Sunday or Monday):

What kind of metal and stones are used in the products sold on Anand.AE?
At Anand.AE we only sell items made in Silver (“AG” stands for the chemical element of Silver). The purity of Silver varies from design to design. For example, the items marked as 925 are 92.5% Silver, and 7.5% alloys. All products are nickel free.
Purity mentioned on the product pages are between 50% to 99.9% Silver. Some items are not made in Sterling Silver since, handmade items require to go thru a heating process and a lot of precision goes into crafting the jewelries. The natural tendency of Silver is to tarnish so, all factors are precisely taken into consideration from making to wear and tear.
All gem stones used are not natural so far, we do not sell any jewelry with real gem stones. However, we do make jewelry in real stones by order. Please contact us on [email protected] or WhatsApp +97126324977 .
Is it necessary to have an account with Anand.AE to shop?

Is there any VAT(Value Added Tax) when I make a purchase on Anand.AE?
Yes, there is a 5% VAT on all purchases delivered within UAE. The prices listed for all items on the product page are excluding VAT. It will be added at checkout along with the courier charges for UAE customers only. For international orders and shipping, 5% VAT is not applicable.
