PRICING:
The prices displayed on the “Site” are quoted in AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams) and USD (United States Dollar). We do ship internationally, and courier charges will be applied over and above the price of the Silver products. In some cases, we might waive off the shipping charges, please check when adding to cart and after selecting the shipping country of destination.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
RETURN POLICY:
If the product has a manufacturing defect, or it is damaged during transit when delivering to the customer, we can exchange if similar product is available or we can refund. Return your purchase to us insured within 3 days and we will refund your full purchase price, excluding the shipping charges. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Products will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and tags intact as received by the customer. CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products and Services):
Customers cannot cancel their order once shipping confirmation has been sent via e-mail. Cancellations will only be accepted before the shipping confirmation, in this case refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Only if requested before 9:00pm (GMT+4) on the same day of purchase. Please allow for up to 7-15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA:
